Shift has been advancing sustainability at the University since its founding in 2019. In partnership with architects, engineers, and University project managers, Shift is committed to serving as a sustainability resource and advisor, helping implement solutions that mitigate and adapt to climate change while creating healthier spaces. Anna Henry (President) is an alumna (COMM ‘09) and currently serves as the Vice Chair for the U.S. Green Building Council’s Virginia Market Leadership Advisory Board.
